All our full grooms include

A deep and thorough scrub in the bath using a shampoo especially suited to your dog for example,

• Paw Naturel = All ingredients are safe human grade ingredients. The products are FREE from SLS, SLES, Alcohol & parabens, and are all cruelty free.

• Wahl Dirty Beastie = for extra dirty dogs

• Earth Bath = all natural, soap free

• Colour Enriching = black, copper and white

• Sensitive = tea tree, oatmeal and evening primrose

• Vivog = for killing fleas and ticks

• Tropiclean = America's best selling grooming shampoo & 100% natural ingredients (70% of which are organic)

• Hownd = Free from harsh chemicals, parabens, soap and dyes and Leaping Bunny certified by Cruelty Free

• Nature's Groom = natural shampoo, Vegan approved, made in the uk and eco friendly

A relaxing facial massage using a special tear stain removing shampoo that is safe to use around the eyes.

We also use a conditioner depending on your dogs hair type and need, but our most popular is our magic conditioner to help reduce knotting and matting between grooms.

A warm hand dry while sitting on a nice fluffy towel till fully dry. All the dogs get a squirt of our magic product to help minimise knotting between grooms. We do not use cage dryers but we do have a state of the art drying cabinet which can be used for extremely nervous dogs especially ones reactive to loud noises like hovers, and its particularly kinder on the OAP clients who struggle to stand as they can lay down and sleep whilst being dried, saving their legs to stand for the trim.

A bespoke trim to yours and your dogs requirements, this can include,

• Hand scissoring

• Clipping

• Hand stripping

• Dead hair removal and deshedding

All treatments are finished off with,

• Nail trimmed

• Ears cleaned and plucked if applicable

• A spritz of perfume

Puppy intro groom

This is ideal for all puppies as soon as they have the all clear from the vets to go on their first walks approximately around 14+ weeks old

this includes,

• A nice big cuddle

• Wash & dry

• Nail trim

• Light trimming around feet, bottom and face

• And most importantly extra cuddles and treats

Free puppy intro meet and greet

We like to have puppies in the salon as soon as they are allowed out for walks, so we recommend you ring and book a slot for your puppy to come in and meet the team and have a little adventure, lots of fun but no grooming. This is also ideal for nervous rescue dogs.

Express wash

Perfect for those muddy stinky days between grooms, includes everything bar the haircut.

Spa add on treatments

Our teeth cleaning service includes

Motionless and gentle dental cleaning. The Original emmi-pet Ultrasound penetrates deep within the gums and helps to prevent inflammations, periodontitis, tartar and bad breath, this treatment is ideal for pets with minimal build up or after a full descale to keep the teeth healthy.  Price:  £30 a session or £10 if added on to each regular grooming session.

Tartar Removal is not possible on dogs where tartar accumulation has led to gum disease and tooth decay. Such cases should consult with a vet.

Ear Cleaning

A gentle cleanse of the ears to help keep wax and debris to a minimum, especially important for dogs with drop ears like spaniels. Lose hair can be plucked away from the ear if needed.

Nail Trimming

A quick trim to all nails needing it which can be followed by a file and buff after if required to get rid of any sharp edges.

Miracle White & Bright Colour Enhancing Conditioning Shampoo Treatment

Miracle White & Bright Colour Enhancing Conditioning Shampoo Treatment is specially formulated for all coat colours of all breeds. This wonder product effectively neutralises discolorations and removes staining.

Miracle Conditioner Deep Conditioning Repair Masque 

Miracle Conditioner significantly improves coat manageability, detangling and is a perfect intensive conditioning and repair treatment for all coats of all breeds. Active conditioning ingredients, nutrients and vitamins will help transform any dry or damaged coat, giving you a silky sleek show-ready finish

Deluxe Pedicure

This relaxing pedicure includes a vanilla and milk-thistle paw soak, nail trim, between pads and paw trim, steam towels to soften paw pads and a gentle paw massage. The treatment helps to heal paws damaged by gravel, asphalt, snow, salt-treated roads and hot pavements, and the vitamin-enriched conditioners keep paws soft, making them less likely to crack. This soothing pedicure will leave your pet's paws feeling refreshed.

AROMATHERAPY BATH & BODY MASSAGE

A calming and relaxing treatment in which your pet is massaged with your choice of aromatic oil and coat-strengthening aromatherapy massage gel. This in-bath massage promotes blood circulation, relieves stress and enhances both the metabolism and the lustre of the coat.

THE SPARKLE TREATMENT

Whether it's a New Year's Eve ball they're attending or just strutting their stuff, your pooch will be red carpet ready with our special sparkle treatment. A choice of shimmer spray colours (non-permanent and safe for pets) is available, along with a bow tie for boys or a pretty ribbon for girls.

Feather Extensions

Fantastic for a splash of temporary colour, these can be fix and removed in the salon and last for 1-2 weeks.

Diamonds are a dogs best friend

Bling up and groom by adding a few beautiful stick on gems, these last for a short period of time but are perfect for a bit of extra dazzle at weddings, parties or Christmas.
